About Us

Since 1996 See Neville Auto Supply, under the direction of Robert Radecki Jr. and Paul Gurney has been a leading force in the emergency vehicle service and sales industry.

Over the last 22 years Rob and Paul have led See Neville to provide the highest quality of vehicle maintenance and repairs to the emergency service community of Long Island and the tristate area. This is a family business, having been purchased by Paul’s father, Joseph, in 1969 and subsequently purchased by Rob and Paul in 1996. After taking the reins Rob and Paul have grown See Neville from a local auto parts retailer to a powerhouse of vehicle service and sales for the region.

See Neville and Neville Apparatus operate in a 37,000 square foot facility located at Denton Avenue in New Hyde Park, New York. Our strategic location puts us at less than a 5 minute drive from 3 major thoroughfares on Long Island, allowing us to quickly reach our customers both on and off Long Island. Our facility includes a customer reception and waiting area, administrative office for See Neville’s daily operations, a fully stocked parts department, multiple service bays that can accommodate a total of 25 emergency vehicles, as well as a fully equipped on-site sales office for our sales team. See Neville’s home base service facility sports 40 foot ceilings which allow us to get full use out of our mobile and in-place lift systems. With this configuration and equipment we are able to easily complete our aerial inspections, service, and repairs on all types of vehicles indoors.

Behind the scenes is our administrative staff who oversees the daily operations of See Neville and ensuring each vehicle receives the proper care while our customers stay informed on the status of their vehicle. The four administrative staff team members use an interactive web-based program to keep our customer up to date, in real time, on their vehicle’s service and what the next steps are. This lets the customer know that they truly are our #1 priority and their satisfaction is our success.

The service team features 12 technicians who are able to diagnose and service any type of vehicle from small response vehicles up to full-sized fire apparatus. Our technicians have worked hard to earn their EVT and ASE certifications, NY State air brake endorsements, MACS certifications, and New York State Inspection certifications. We often capitalize on the Ferrara training programs and have four technicians who have been trained and certified in Louisiana by Ferrara Fire Apparatus.

Our mobile team of four drivers provides a myriad of services including pickup and drop off of vehicles, customers, and ordered parts. While rotating through the day’s schedule they work to maintain the home base facility by keeping a tidy and organized appearance at the workstations.
